If we have to cancel your trip for any reason within our control, you’ll receive a full refund or full trip credit. Any cancellation by us and outside of our control (see full Booking Terms terms) entitles you to a trip credit or refund minus any unrecoverable costs.
If you need to cancel your booking, simply get in touch. A refund or trip credit will be issued (minus the non-refundable deposit) for cancellations within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, you’ll receive a trip credit minus any unrecoverable costs. We encourage all of our travelers to add trip cancellation coverage after booking.
