We’re giving you flexibility and peace of mind during COVID-19. Any traveler who books before March 31, 2021 may cancel and request a full trip credit OR cancel and request a trip refund (minus the non-refundable deposit), up to 30 days before your trip’s start date. This applies to COVID-19 related cancellations only.
If we have to cancel your trip for any other reason within our control, you’ll receive a full trip credit or full refund. Any other cancellation by us that’s outside of our control means you’ll receive a trip credit or refund minus any unrecoverable costs.
